I am planning a trip to Puerto Plata very soon and I want to go to a resort that either has a really good disco onsite (preferred) or is very close to other clubs/discos. Thanks!

Well i dont like dancing at the parties. I dont like to be seen dancing because im not a great dancer and i dont want to look like a fool. How about you.?

Do you think you can dance. Do you like going to the parties. Well im not party person. I like staying at home. When i want to have some fun i just go my friends place and have some talk and eat some food. Thats my social life. I dont like going to discos or anything wild. Im just simple person. Though i think i like to dance. Only when with my close friends and not with other people i dont know.

Im 16 and my class is getting mixed up next year(well next week when I go back to school). I normally hang out with the two same people all the time. One of the people is ok but not to hang around with every day while the other is a pain in the ****. He calls me everyday in the summer and is constantly asking me round to his house. I now put the phone down on him and ignore his texts but I tell him my phone is broken. They both think im like best friends with both of them.. Im scared of dumping them cos im not really popular but I feel my life is going nowhere.Oh and i live out in the country so i can’t go to discos etc. Help!!!!

I do not like to go to bars or discos at all. My wife does. A year ago she started going out with two gir friends. They sometimes go out one or twice a week. My wife gets home between 1 and 3 AM.

I found a couple of text messages in her mobile. They came from a guy asking how her day went and the other one asking how was her trip to the cabin. I called back that number but I hung up. Later that night that person called back around 1am twice. I picked up both calls but he hung up. I did not say anything to her. Yesterday we had a discussion and she told me that he had given her # to someone on her way out of a bar. She told me that her two friends were walking faster and this guy at the entrance put a lot of pressure to get his number. She even told me that this guy dialed her # to make sure he had gotten the right #. I just can not accept that someone married gives her # to a stranger. I can not buy that. Do normal married women do that?
I do not trust her anymore.

so last year(I mean, 2007) I always went to the disco with my best friend. Every saturday we caught every men´s eyes, and were the centre of the party. and every saturday I met the most gorgeous men of the city. This year (2008) my friend moved to another city and I always went out with a group of friends, most of them men. But my friends see me almost like her sister, I mean, they always tell me that I am sooo pretty and a good girl and they love me and protect me as their sister, because they´d never like to be my boyfriend or anything because I´m a good girl and I deserve to be treated with respect(they say that they´d never be my boyfriend because they´d hurt me). So every time I go to the disco I dance with my friends and I can never meet a nice guy… as if it weren´t enough, in my college most of the students are girls (for my career, teacher of primary school) so I don´t know what to do to meet a boy…

and none of my female friends like going to the discos…. so I have no choice but to go ut with my male friends..

This song came out many years ago, maybe in the 1970’s. It was when discos started around the time John Travolta starred in ‘Saturday Night Fever”. The bus stop is also a dance style similar to what John Travolta’s movie started that kind of dancing. It gets alot of people to join in and do the dance. Michael Jackson did also dances in this style. Does anyone remember this era? What did you think of this type of dancing? Do you think it is popular? Or do you wish it came back as it did encourage lots of people to mix and have a really great time and overcome shyness to get up and boogie- woogie? I am very interested in your opinions!!
