Disco Party Blog

I’m having a high school graduation brunch with my family and a few friends at a nice restaurant. I want to give out party favors that wont just get thrown out right away (ex. noise makers, small toys). What are some good ideas that aren’t too expensive? I like personalized things, but i’m not sure what types of items.

Well I really like bands like HIM, Coheed and Cambria, Panic! At the Disco, and stuff like that. My friends are like “you must have stolen music from me” because I like the exact same music as them lol. I really want to find a badn that I can say I liked first. Can someone tell me a good one? I don’t mind screamo but I don’t really like it. THANKS!

I have no idea why my friends joke around about the band constantly and call em *** cause I like them. They’re nothing like they used to looka nd stuff but yet it’s impossible to prove they’re awesome to my friends. Anyone know why they’ve got this untrue rep?

What resort/complex has the best nightlife in it? Has a good club that we can party at until the middle of the night. My friends want to stay at an all inclusive resort so i want to make sure its one that we can really party at. We are a group of guys in our early 20s so obviously we want to party and meet some travelling ladies and local ladies too.

So are there any resorts that have at least one good club/disco that stays open late. I have been told that the Riu Mambo in Puerto Plata has a good club, anyone know if thats true? Also how about the Playa Dorada complex?
We are planning on going mid to late Feb so just over a month away. Is the Playa Dorada in that rough of condition that it needs to be closed for renovations?

I want to spend a week there and celebrate my birthday. No friends wants to go with me. And my Spanish is also bad. I am a single “gringo.” I want to have alot of fun and party. Will I be able to have a good time alone and not knowing the language there? How will the women treat a single “gringo” like myself? Please tell me of the popular discos. I do prefer techno music.
When I mean party, I do not mean ***********. Haha. I just want to have alot of fun. I have been hearing that Colombians are nice people. And I would not mind maybe finding a nice beautiful Latina to hang out with down there. =)

Well my best friend is 15, earlier this year us girls had the 2nd dose of the cervical cancer needle. she kinda ditched me. We had a bit of a falling out. The person she ditched me for started to ditch her. She was bullied repeatedly by her. They became friends again to my disgust. There was a school camp (I didnt go) and at the disco there she fainted. Apparently she doesnt remember the night, but my other friends told me that she was scared of being alone, and she was losing feeling in her body. They had to be in the toilet cubicle with her while she was going to the bathroom. It was very sad for me.

She got back to school, and was bullied a bit more, but still her health was mainly fine. Then me and her started to become friends again, untill she realised the ***** who bullied her was no friend. She apologised and everything seemed fine. One day at school she suddenly screamed and hugged me tightly. She didnt want to look at anyone, and the principle had to take her and me to a quiet spot in the office. She fainted 3 more times that week and kept loosing feeling in her body. She was in Hospital for three weeks just sleeping and she couldnt even have more then 3 people in the hospital with her.

She finally came back to school, but she never went to all classes. She holds my hand alot and shakes all the time and keeps loosing feeling. But she seemed tp be getting better, and eventually, she could walk the halls with people around her. Then we had our third and last dose of the cervical cancer needle, and in Maths one day, she started crying and feeling claustrophobic. She almost fainted and didnt come to school for the rest of the week.

I am so worried about her. She is not taking any medication, her mother wants her to do it herself, Could it have been the needle that caused this? And how long do you think this will last?

Can a bartender get a fine if he/she allows a minor to sit in the bar area at a restaurant?
HA! This is not because I’m too young. (I wish.) I’m wondering if there is a law that keeps kids from sitting in a bar area of a restaurant with their parents while waiting for a table. Our friends were told that they had to leave the bar area with their kids ’cause the bartender would be fined for allowing them to wait there.
