How did Panic! at the disco chose their song names?

They have such interesting song titles and I heard once that they got their song names from lines of movies. Is that true? which movies are they from? I would love to know if they just made them up themselves or got inspiration from somewhere. Usually bands take a line from the song and make it the title but i LOVE how my favorite band makes you think about it!

I need help ATLANTA GA LOUNGE SPOTS?

Hi I am 25 and me and a few of my girlfriends want to go out to a lounge (not club) where we can sit and mingle and socialize with other african american singles. The only problem most of the Lounges that we find are predominately white. I do not mind mixing and mingling with other races of course, however, I would like to know a spot where more African Americans LOUNGE (not club) Please help. And no I am not racist, I love ALLLLLLL men!
